1. How to know the shipping rates?
 All shipping fee shall be indicated at Checkout page in the Order Summary before you proceed with payment.

 Jumlah bayaran penghantaran akan dinyatakan pada laman daftar keluar sebelum pembayaran dibuat.

2. When will I receive my order?

After your order is verified and payment has been made, you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame :


West Malaysia : 4-6 working days (exclude Saturday , Sunday, dan Public Holiday)

Sabah & Sarawak : 5-7 working days (exclude Saturday , Sunday, dan Public Holiday)

2. Bilakah saya akan menerima pesanan saya?

Selepas pesanan anda disahkan dan pembayaran telah dijelaskan, pesanan anda akan dihantar dalam jangka masa seperti berikut:

Semenanjung Malaysia : 4-6 hari bekerja
(kecuali Sabtu, Ahad dan Cuti Umum)

Sabah & Sarawak : 5-7 hari bekerja (kecuali Sabtu, Ahad dan Cuti Umum)

3. I ordered multiple items, but I only receive ONE (1), where are my other items?
Firstly, apology for the inconvenience caused. Should you encounter with this issue, kindly reach out to our customer service team via email marketing@perfectcompanion.com.my. We shall require your order number and the missing item’s name & proof photo to investigate further. Any feedback to be made must be within 24 hours upon receiving the item.
3. Saya pesan beberapa barangan, tapi saya hanya menerima salah satu (1) sahaja, bagaimanakah dengan barangan yang lain?
Kami mohon maaf atas kesulitan yang dihadapi. Sila hubungi team khidmat pelanggan secara email di marketing@perfectcompanion.com.my. Kami memerlukan nombor pesanan anda, nama barangan yang tidak dihantar serta bukti bergambar untuk semakan lanjut. Sebarang aduan hendaklah dibuat dalam tempoh 24 jam selepas menerima barang.

4. Can I pre-arrange/schedule the date of my delivery?
We are very sorry as we unable to pre-arrange/schedule the date of your delivery as our standard delivery as in (2).
4. Bolehkah saya menjadualkan tarikh penghantaran?
Maaf tidak boleh, piawaian penghantaran kami adalah seperti yang dinyatakan di (2).

5. Do you deliver during weekends and holidays?
Unfortunately, our own logistic or courier partners are unable to deliver during weekends or public holidays. Please expect to receive your parcel of order on working days only.
5. Bolehkan penghantaran dibuat pada hujung minggu atau pada hari cuti umum?
Logistik dan syarikat kurier tidak dapat membuat penghantaran pada hujung minggu atau hari cuti umu. Sila menjangkakan pesanan anda dihantarkan pada hari bekerja sahaja.

6. I need my order immediately; can Perfect Companion (M) Sdn Bhd speed up the delivery?
We do not offer any urgent order or delivery.
6. Saya memerlukan pesanan saya dengan segera, bolehkah Perfect Companion (M) Sdn Bhd mempercepatkan penghantaran saya?
Kami tidak menawarkan khidmat penghantaran bagi sebarang pesanan segera.

7. I have just received a notification e-mail saying that my order has been fulfilled. When will I receive my order?
Once you receive the notification of fulfilment, you shall receive your order within the time frame of 4-5 working days for West Malaysia and 5-7 working days for East Malaysia. Tracking number will be given via same email and shall be available on the courier tracking site in the next 24 hours.
7. Saya telah menerima emel yang menunjukkan pesanan saya telah dipenuhi. Bila saya akan dapat pesanan saya?
Setelah anda menerima emel pesanan, penghantaran akan dibuat dalam jangka masa 4-6 hari bekerja ke Semenanjung Malaysia dan 5-7 hari bekerja ke Sabah & Sarawak. Nombor jejak pesanan akan diberikan dalam emel yang sama dan boleh disemak di laman web kurier selepas tempoh 24 jam.

8. How can I know exact date and time of the delivery?
We are unable to provide you with an exact date and time of the delivery. Delivery times are influenced by delivery queue, product availability, your shipping destination and the courier partner's delivery schedule in your location.
8. Bagaimana untuk mendapatkan tarikh dan masa untuk penghantaran pesanan saya?
Kita tidak dapat menyediakan tarikh dan masa yang tepat untuk penghantaran pesanan anda oleh factor queue penghantaran, masa pesanan, lokasi penghantaran dan lain-lain faktor yang berkenaan.

9. Can I cancel my order after order has been shipped?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate to your request for cancellation once the item has been shipped.
9. Bolehkah saya membatalkan pesanan saya selepas pesanan itu telah ditransit kepada penghantaran?
Kami mohon maaf, pesanan yang telah ditransit untuk penghantaran tidak boleh dibatalkan.

10. Do Perfect Companion (M) Sdn Bhd offer international shipments?
International shipment is not available at the moment.
10. Adakah Perfect Companion (M) Sdn Bhd menawarkan penghantaran ke luar negara?
Buat masa ini kami hanya membuat penghantaran ke seluruh Malaysia sahaja.

11. Can Perfect Companion (M) Sdn Bhd deliver the package to my office?
Perfect Companion (M) Sdn Bhd can deliver to the address as indicated during checkout, whether it is your house or office address.
11. Bolehkan pihak Perfect Companion (M) Sdn Bhd menghantar pesanan saya ke pejabat saya?
Ya boleh, pihak kami akan hantar pada alamat yang anda telah daftarkan untuk penghantaran & sekiranya ingin tukar alamat, sila ubah di alamat baru semasa proses ‘checkout’.

12. Can I pick up my order at Perfect Companion (M) Sdn Bhd office?
Perfect Companion (M) Sdn Bhd currently does not provide our customers with a self-service delivery location to pick up your orders.
12. Boleh saya ‘self-pickup’ pesanan/order saya di pejabat urusan Perfect Companion (M) Sdn Bhd?
Kami minta maaf, buat masa ni pihak Perfect Companion (M) Sdn Bhd tidak menyediakan perkhidmatan ‘self-pickup’ diatas sebab-sebab tertentu.
